When using the exposure glass

A Press the {Start} key.

When scanning is finished, the

time remaining to place addi-

tional originals is displayed.

Note

❒ The selected destination ap-

pears while scanning the

originals.

When there are additional orig-

inals,

place them within the

specified time, and then press

the {Start} key.

Repeat this step until all origi-

nals are scanned.

Note

❒ If you change settings while

the machine is waiting for

additional originals, the

countdown stops. Press the

{Start} key to resume the

countdown and scanning.

When using the ADF

A Select [SADF] in [Original Feed

Type].

Note

❒ If [SADF] does not appear, se-

lect [SADF] in [Switch to Batch]

of [Scanner Features]. See.

p.106 “Switch to Batch”.

B Press the {Start} key.

When scanning is finished, the

tomatically.

sure glass instead of the

ADF. In this case, you must

press the {Start} key to start

scanning.

D When all originals are scanned

and the countdown is finished,

the machine starts storing or

sending automatically.

❒ You can also press the {#} key

to start storing or sending.
